A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE TAMARACK SEWER
4 REPLACEMENT. PROJECT NO. 5510. AS COMPLETE.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the Tamarack Sewer Replacement, Project No. 5510,
6 has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Orion Construction Corporation on May 26, 2010;
7 and
8 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Tamarack Sewer Replacement, specifically identified as
14 Project No. 5510 is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
15 Carlsbad.
16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
17 execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Tamarack Sewer Replacement,
18
Project No. 5510.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 13th day of July, 2010, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
