A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CORRUGATED METAL PIPE
4 REPLACEMENT PROGRAM (ALDER AVENUE & MARRON
ROAD STORM DRAINS), PROJECT NO. 6607-3, AS
5 COMPLETE.
6 WHEREAS, the construction of the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program (Alder
7 Avenue & Marron Road Storm Drains), Project No. 6607-3, has been completed to the City's
8 satisfaction by Terra Pipeline, Inc. on Nov. 4, 2010; and
9 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
10 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
12 California, as follows:
13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. That the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program (Alder Avenue & Marron
Road Storm Drains), specifically identified as Project No. 6607-3 is deemed complete and is
hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
17 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to

execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Corrugated Metal Pipe Replacement Program
19
(Alder Avenue & Marron Road Storm Drains), Project No. 6607-3.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of March 2011, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
