2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING CHANGES TO
3 THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has the authority to establish
5 fees for City services; and
6
WHEREAS, from time-to-time said fees are reviewed and evaluated to maintain
7
an adequate fee structure recovering costs for City services; and8
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the cost of providing general and
10 development-related services; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to recover the costs for City
12 services; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has held the necessary public hearing and allowed
for public comment on the establishment of said fees.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.18
19 2. That the changes to the Development Impact Fee Schedule are for the fees
20 shown in Exhibit 6 attached hereto, in the column labeled "proposed fee".
21 3. This resolution shall become effective September 1, 2011 for the
22 Development-impact fees.

Carlsbad City Council, Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors and
Carlsbad held, on the 26th day of July, 2011, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin.
