RESOLUTION NO. 2015-078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ALGA
NORTE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC, PROJECT NO. 39251 AS COMPLETE
AND APPROVAL OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, PROJECT
NO. 39251 AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO RECORD NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND RELEASE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE
LAW AND CITY ORDINANCES.
EXHIBIT I
WHEREAS, the construction of the Alga Norte Park Solar Photovoltaic (PVL Project No.
39251 was completed to the City of Carlsbad's satisfaction by Independent Energy Solutions,
Inc. on January 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the formal Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Alga Norte Park Solar PV, Project No. 39251 is deemed complete and is
18 hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.

3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the Alga Norte Park Solar PV, Project No. 39251.
4. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents for Alga Norte Park Solar PV
Project No. 39251 are on file in the Public Works Department of the City of Carlsbad and are
hereby approved.
