2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
3 CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE FIRE CHIEF TO ABATE NUISANCES BY
HAVING WEEDS, RUBBISH, AND REFUSE REMOVED

^ to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, and refuse on certain property located within the
7 City of Carisbad ; and
8 WHEREAS, notice of said meeting was given to hear objections, if any, to the proposed
removal of weeds, rubbish, and refuse, and at the conclusion of the hearing did overrule said
objections, if any, except as follows:

WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 21, 2015, the City Council did consider all objections
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carisbad, California
as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2Q 2. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby direct the Fire Chief of the City
21 of Carisbad to abate the nuisances on the identified parcels as described on Exhibit
22 3, Parcel List, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, except as
stated above, by having the weeds, rubbish, and refuse thereon removed. 23

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meering of the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad on the 21=* day of April 2015, by the following vote to wit:
