A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 2300 SQUARE FOOT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY ON THE WEST SIDE OF ROOSEVELT STREET BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND OAK AVENUE. APPLICANT: MORALES CASE NO. : RP 83-9
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of (

and referred to the Housing and Redevelopment Commission; and
Title 21 of the Carl sbad Municipal Code; and 9
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as prov.

15) The existing curb cut adjacent to this property shall be removed replaced with standard improvements. The new curb cut shall corn[ the SDRS-G-14 standards.
