A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT CO MISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITION NO. 13 OF REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT, RP-CUP 82-3, ADDING AN AGE RESTRICTION TO A SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PROJECT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF JEFFERSON
STREET AND OAK AVENUE. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD - RICK ENGINEERING CASE NO: RP-CUP 82-3(A)
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed w 8
