OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO REMODEL AND CONVERT AN EX
RESIDENCE TO A RESTAURANT ON THE WEST SIDE OF HAR STREET BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND OAK AVENUE. APPLICANT: GASTELUM
