OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
OF A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO DEVELOP A 10,692 SQU, OFFICE BUILDING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF JEFFERl STREET AND GRAND AVENUE APPLICANT: BESAW
