A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISZ THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPRO\ COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ENHANCED
STREETSCAPE IJN ELM AVENUE AND CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.
