A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ENHANCED
STREETSCAPE IN THE APPEALS AREA OF THE COASTAL ZONE. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

1. The project complies with the Village Redevelopment Segmen' 22

California Local Coastal Program by providing Urban Beautifica
23 and a consistent design theme along two major streets within
redevelopment area which serves the Coastal Zone.
