RESOLUTION NO. 167
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOpElENT
COMMISSION APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION
HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO.SF-535tE) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission c
the City of Carlsbad (lrPHA1r) desires to enter into a
superseding Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract (IIAC
with the United States of America (lrGovernmentrl) for the
Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program.
WHEREAS, the Section 8 ACC must now be revised so t
it will consist of the following parts:
a. Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8/E applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program.
b. Exhibit I, Projects Appropriated Before Federe Fiscal Year 1988;
c. Exhibit 11, Projects Appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year 1988 and Later Years.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA, as follob

Exhibits I and 11, for the Housing Certificatc program are hereby approved and accepted. The
directed to execute the counterparts of the AC behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is herebj authorized to impress the official seal of thc on each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the Government togetf: with such other documents evidencing the apprc and authorizing the execution thereof, as may required by the Government.
