A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT (RP 91-
6) TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 8,700 SQUARE FOOT TWO STORY OFFICE BUILDING WITH
SUBTERRANEAN PARKING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 2815 JEFFERSON STREET WITHIN SUB-
