RESOLUTION NO. 212
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMI THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT (RP 92-4) AND COASTAL DEVELOPME1
(CDP 92-3) TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO I
BUILDINGS CONTAINING 19,075 SQUARE FEET WITHIN TWO S':
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER 01

WHEREAS, on June 3, 1992 the Carlsbad Design Rev
held a duly noticed public hearing to consider a prop05
Redevelopment Permit (RP-92-4) and Coastal Development Pe:
92-3) for construction of two dormitory buildings and
Design Review Board Resolutions No. 183 and 184 respc
recommending to the Housing and Redevelopment Commission
Redevelopment Permit (RP-91-4) and the Coastal Developme:
(CDP 92-3) be approved; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commissi
City of Carlsbad, on July 7, 1992 held a public hearing to
the recommendations and heard all persons interested in o

WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined
project is exempt from environmental review under section

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hot
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carlsbad, Calif
follows:

3. That Redevelopment Permit RP 92-4 and
Development Permit CDP 92-3 are approved and that the fin(

183 and 184 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated 1

Resolution No. 183 to read as follows:
