RESOLUTION NO. 259
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE LOCAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Commission has previously adOF
amended its Local Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, provisions of the Political Reform Act
("the Act") (Government Code Section 81000 et seq.) re(
amendment to said Code due to changed circumstances, change
or new positions; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commissic
Code reviewing body within the meaning of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the Secretary has prepared amendment!
Appendix to include a listing for "Consultant" and certa
revisions which are required to the Appendix which nec
incorporated in said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc:
