A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINGAMITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATION, LOCAL COASTAL
PROGRAMAMENDMENT, MAJORREDEVELOPMENT
PERMIT, AND COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO
ALLOW THE REDEVELOPMENT OF CARLSBAD BY
THE SEA LUTHERAN HOME LOCATED AT 2855
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND 201 GRAND AVENUE
