RESOLUTION NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD:
That the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad be and
it hereby is established pursuant to the Housing Authorities
Law, as amended, of California, anu is now authorized to transact
business and exercise its powers in its area of operation as
defined in said law.
