A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN "AGREE-
MENT TO ENTER INTO A LEASE" UNDER SECTION 23, LEASED
HOUSING PROGRAM

The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad does hereby authorize
5 I execution of an "AGREEMENT TO ENTER INTO A LEASE" for the following;

8 (1) Thirty-five (35) Elderly Units, located at Chestnut and Harding St.s.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Authority

of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 20th. day of July 1971, by the following

vote, to wit:
