RESOLUTION NO. 22
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN "AGREE
MENT TO ENTER INTO A LEASE "UNDER SECTION ?3, LEASED
HOUSING PROGRAM
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
execution of a "AGREEMENT TO ENTER INTO A LEASE" for the following
(1) Five (5) Three-bedroom and one (1) four-bedroom and three
five -bedroom units located at 2669 Madison Ave.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing
authorize
