RESOLUTION NO. 26
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD)
REPRESENTING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR SECTION 23
LEASED HOUSING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Executive Secretary of the Housing Authority
of the City of Carlsbad presented the Operating Budget for Section 23
Leased Housing Program, as set forth on HUD standard budget forms,
Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571, 52573, 53082, 53085, and 53087, effecting
Subject Budget for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning July 1,
1973 through June 30, 1974.
THEREFORE, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad
hereby adopt HUD Documents Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571, 52573, 53082,
53085, and 53087, as the Operating Budget for the Section 23 Leased
Housing Program, for the period commencing July 1, 1973, and ending
June 30, 1974.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the continued meeting
of the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, held on the fifth
day of April of 1973.
