RESOLUTION NO. 28
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHOR-
ITY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REVIS-"
ING RESOLUTION NO. 25
WHEREAS, resolution No. 25 authorizes the Executive Secretary of
the Housing Authority to lease certain units with the concurrence of the
Chairman or vice-chairman of the Housing Advisory Board, and,
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority has requested an inspection of any
units being considered for leasing, pursuant to Resolution No. 25, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD:
that before the Executive Secretary signs a lease, he shall request a
report from the Building Department of the City of Carlsbad, which will
state whether the unit (s) is (are) fit for occupancy or is (are) sub-
standard.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Author-
ity of the City of Carlsbad, held on the seventh day of August, 1973, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Frazee, Chase, Lewis, McComas, Dunne
NOES:
