RESOLUTION NO. 32
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED INCOME LIMITS
AND DETERMINATION OF LOWEST PRIVATE RENTS IN
CARLSBAD. CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Housing Authority recognizes the
general increase in the cost of housing on the private market and,
WHEREAS, the Authority recognizes the need to increase
income limits for admission and continued occupancy to better en-
hance the financial stability of the Authority and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment has recommended that all Housing Authorities revise their in-
come limits for admission and continued occupancy now therefore,
BJi IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD: that the revised Income Limits and Determination of
Lowest Private Rents in Carlsbad, California be submitted to HUD
and that HUD be urged to approve said revised documents.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of
the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, held on the Sixth day
of February, 1974 by the following vote, to wit:
