A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING CERTAIN DOCU-
MENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN
DEVELOPMENT (HUD) REPRESENTING THE OPERA-
1 1ING BUDGET FOR SBGTION 23 LEASIMQ PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbado
presented the Operating Budget for Section 23 Leased Housing Program, as set
forth on HUD standard budget forms, Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571 and 52573,
effecting subject Budget for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning July 1,
e 1974 through June 30, 1975

THEREFORE, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad does hereby a-
dopt HUD Documents Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571 and 52573, as the Operating Bud-
