A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
3 APPOINTING THREE PERSONS TO THE CARLSBAD
HOUSING AUTHORITY HEARING APPEALS BOARD

5 WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad,
5 California has created and established a Hearing Board by
7 which it can implement grievance procedures;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority
9 of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
10 1- That the above recitations are true and correct.
11 2. That the following persons are hereby appointed
12 to serve as members of the Hearing Appeals Board.
13 Ruben Gastellum __' for a term to expire
14 on July 1, 1975.
15 Kay Christiansen , for a term to expire
16 on July 1, 1976.
17 Thomas Monregl , for a term to expire
18 on July 1, 1977.
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Carlsbad
20 Housing Authority this day of , 1974.
