RESOLUTION NO. 39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR PERFORMING AN
AUDIT FOR FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30, 1972, 1973 and
1974.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has requested and
received proposals for an Audit and,
WHEREAS, the below named Independent Public Accountant has submitted
the best proposal for said Audit,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad Housing
Authority that a contract will be executed between the City of Carlsbad Housing
Authority and James M. Gaiser with Diehl. Evans & Co. to perform an audit of
the Authority for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1972, 1973, and 1974.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City of Carlsbad
Housing Authority this second day of July , 1974.
