RESOLUTION NO. 41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY,
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PERSONNEL
RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, there are no established personnel rules,
regulations or procedures governing the employees of the
Carlsbad Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have personnel rules,
regulations and procedures for equitable treatment and
administration of Authority employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Housing
Authority as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That hereafter the provisions of any and all
personnel ordinances, resolutions and policies which are
established or adopted by the City of Carlsbad for City
employees shall apply to employees of the Carlsbad Housing
Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the first_ day of
October , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: LewisyChase, Frazee, McComas, Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
