A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO
AAPPROVE LEASE ASSIGNMENTS

3 WHEREAS, the Ownership of units leased to the City of Carlsbad
4 Housing Authority occasionally changes; and
5 WHEREAS, the Leases used by the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
6 contain a clause which requires written approval of the Authority before
7 an Owner can assign the Lease;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad Housing
9 Authority as Follows:
10 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
11 2. That the Secretary of the Authority is hereby Authorized to
12 approve Lease Assignments on behalf of the Authority.
3. That, in the event of non-approval by the Secretary, the Owner
1- of the Lease has the right to be heard by the Authority.
15 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Housing Authority held on the first day of Or.t-nhpr 1974 by the
1' following vote, to wit:
