A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING
2 AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD TO INVEST AUTHORITY FUNDS.

4 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority can realize greater
5 interest income by investing its funds in combination with those of the
6 City of Carlsbad:
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad Housing
8 Authority as follows:
9 1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
10j 2. That the Treasurer of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
to invest Housing Authority funds upon request of the Executive
11 Director.
12 3- That, in order to secure said funds, the City Treasurer will
provide the Authority with a letter indicating the amount of
13 Housing Authority funds invested by the City treasurer.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad

Housing Authority held on the third day of December
