RESOLUTION NO.47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY, WITH THE
APPROVAL OF THE CITY FINANCE DIRECTOR, TO CHARGE
UNCOLLECTABLE ACCOUNTS TO COLLECTION LOSSES.
The City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does here by resolve
as follows:
That the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority,
with the approval of the City Finance Director, is hereby authorized to
charge past-due and uncollectable accounts of tenants who are no longer
occupying a dwelling unit in a project under the jurisdiction of the City
of Carlsbad Housing Authority to the Account No. 4570, Collection Losses.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the third day of
December , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Frazee, McComas, Lewis, Chase, Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
