A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTAL FOR THE TWO SINGLE FAMILY
UNITS LOCATED AT 3526 and 3530 MADISON ST.
4 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has leases
for the single family units located at 3526 and 3530 Madison St.,
6 Carlsbad; and

WHEREAS, the Lessor has requested a rental increase;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does
hereby authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing
12 Authority to amend the lease at 3526 Madison St., to .increase
13 the rental amount to two hundred seventy dollars ($270.00) per
14 month for a period of one (1) year beginning June 1, 1976.
15 3. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does
hereby authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing
17 Authority to amend the lease at 3530 Madison St., to increase
18 the rental amount to two hundred dollars ($200.00) per month for
19 a period of one (1) year beginning January 1, 1976.
20 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
21 City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the 3rd day of
22 February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
