RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
DISSOLVING THE HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
has created a Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, the duties and responsibilities of the Housing
Commission include those of the Housing Advisory Board; now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Housing Advisory Board is hereby dissolved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad, Housing Authority held on the 9^day of
March, 1976 / by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: easier, Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki.
NOES:
ABSENT:
ROBERT C. FRAZEE, Chairman
