A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTAL FOR
THE FOUR TWO—BEDROOM UNITS LOCATED AT
3450, 3470, AND 3480, MONROE STREET,
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has a lease
for the four apartment units located at 3450 A, 3450 D, 3470 D,
and 3480 C Monroe Street; and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested a rental increase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
to amend the lease to increase the rent at 3450 A, 3450 D, 3470 D,
and 3480 C Monroe Street to the amount of eight hundred dollars
($800.00) per month for a period of one (1) year, effective July
1, 1976.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fourth day of
May , 1976 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: CASLER, SKOTNICKI, PACKARD, LEWIS, FRAZEE
NOES:
ABSENT:
ROBERT C. FRAZEE, Chairman
