^SOLUTION NO. 68
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTAL FOR
THE TWO—BEDROOM APARTMENT UNIT LOCATED
AT 3095 HARDING STREET, APARTMENT B,
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has a lease
for the two—bedroom apartment unit located at 3095 Harding, Apt B;
and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested a rental increase during
the third year of the lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
to amend the lease to increase the rent at 3095 Harding Street,
Apt. B, to the amount of one hundred eighty dollars ($180.00) for
a period of one (1) year, effective September 1, 1976.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fourth
May ,19 76, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: CASLER, SKOTNICKI, PACKARD, LEWIS, FRAZEE

ABSENT:
