A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AUTHORITY TO
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR ONE HUNDRED UNITS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of Carls-
bad, California as follows:
That the Executive Director of the Authority be authorized to
submit an application to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development for one hundred units of Section 8 housing.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, this
first day of June / 1976, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Casler, Packard, Skotnicki
NOES: Frazee, Lewis
ABSENT:
ROBERT C. FRAZEE, Chairman
