A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING LEASE RENEWALS AND RENTAL
INCREASES FOR THE FOUR 1-BEDROOM UNITS
LOCATED AT 3110 D, 3120 A, AND 3130 A &
B JEFFERSON STREET, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD:
1. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
to renew the leases for the four one-bedroom units located at
3110 D, 3120 A, 3130 A & B Jefferson St. for a period of two years.
2. That the Secretary is authorized to increase the monthly
rental amount to $145.00 per month.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the sixth day of
june , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: CASLER, FRAZEE, LEWIS, PACKARD, SKOTNICKI
