A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, REVISING THE INCOME LIMITS FOR ADMISSION TO THE SECTION 23 LEASED HOUSING PROGRAM WHEREAS, The Federal Register, Vol.41, No. 194 dated October 5,1976, establishes income limits for the Section 23 Leased Housing Program; and WHEREAS, the regulations state that housing authorities must adopt those income limits, MOW, THEREFORE, BE IF RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad does hereby adopt the following Income Limits for Admission to the Section 23 Leased Housing Program: No. of persons in family 1234 Income Limits $7,250 $8,300 59,300 $10,350 No. of persons in family 8 or more Income Limits $11,000 $11,650 $12,300 $12,950 3. That these revised income limits will become effective immediately PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad this seve.n.th day of December ,1976 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, and Frazee NOES: ABSENT: Lewis ROBERT C.
