WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad wlniioipal Water District
has conaidered the seven Resolutions to be propcrrsd at the San Joso Convention of the Irrigation Districts Association to be held Deember U-U, 1956; ard
WHEREQS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Wnnioipal Water District is in agreement with all raid proposed Resolutions;
BE IT THEBeFORE RESOLVED that the said proposed Resolations be adopted
with the full support of the Board of Direcrtors of the Carlsbad Mwziaipal Uater
Mrrtrict,
The foregoing Resolution, lo. 36, wast duly ard regularly passed and adopted at an adjourned mesting of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Uater Distridt held on December U, 19%, with roll dl vote as follaws:
