A IOLUTTON OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT TO
RESCIND RESOLUTIOM NO. 181, AND TO SELL FEAL PROmTY NO mYGER NEEDED FOR
THE OPERATION OF THE DTSTRICT FOR rFrE HIGHEST ACCEPTABLE BID.
WHEW, Resolution No, 181 authorized the sale of a certain parcel of real property on the 7th day of January, 1564, but it has been
determined that a lonper period of advertisement should be made, r
WHEREAS, the District has purchased and has constructed a new administration building and warehouse , and
WHEREAS, the old administration building located at 26% State
Street, City of Carlsbad, California, and the real property upon which it is
situated is no longer needed by the District;
NOW, TFTEREFORE, BE IT WSOLVED BY "HE BOARD OF DIRFXTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DTSTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. Resolution 181 is hereby rescinded.
2, The following described real property, together with the
improvements thereon, be sold to the highest acceptable bidder, sealed bids
to be accepted in writing, at any time prior to 5:OO o'clock P. M., on
February 17, I%&, said bids 4x1 be opened and said property to be sold on
February 18, l%4, at 2:OO o'clock P. M. at the office of the Mstrict. r "The Southeasterly sixty (60) feet of Lot 27 of Seaside
Lands in the City of Cr-rlsbad, County of San Mego, State of California, according to the Map thereof, No. 1722, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
Juyl 28, 1921.
EXCEPTING from said property, the Northeasterly 162.89 feet
thereof. "
3. That the Secretary of the Carlsbad Munilcipal Water District
is hereby authorized to publish a notice of sale in conformity with the
resolution herein in the Carlsbard Journal once each week for four weeks.
