RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING CLASSIFICATION
AND SALARY RANGE AND SALARY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES FOR
THE 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, after discussion, the Board of Directors of
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desires to adopt classifi-
cation, salary ranges and a salary schedule for the fiscal
year commencing July 1, 1974 and ending June 30, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Classification and Salary Range Schedule for
employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, attached hare-
to as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is
hereby established as the classification and salary range
schedule for all employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DIS-
TRICT for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1974 and ending
June 30, 1975.
2. The Basic Salary Schedule for employees of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, attached hereto as Exhibit I'B" and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby established as
the basic salary schedule for all employees of CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the fiscal year commencing July 1,
1974 and ending June 30, 1975.
3. During the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1974
and ending June 30, 1975, each employee of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT shall receive a ten per cent (10%) increase
in the wage of the employee as of June 30, 1974.
4. During the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1974 and
ending June 30, 1975, there shall be no salary step increases

for meritorious service for the employees of CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 3rd day of July, 1974.

now which should have an effect on clearing up the musty tasting water as they , will be using water and pushing it out of the Lake and take out all of that-algae taste. The farmers are about two weeks late with planting this year, indicating that they wmt to get in on the late market which yelds better profits for them.
