RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING QUITCLAIM TO NEWPORT SHORES BUILDERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and
recordation of a Corporate Quitclaim Deed to Newport Shores
Builders, Inc. of a two feet (2') by twenty feet (20') portion of
a water line easement over the westerly fifteen feet (15') of
Lot 35 of Carlsbad Tract No. 79-4, Rancho La Cuesta, Unit No. 5
as shown on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1986.

THAT PORTION OF THE EXISTING WATER EASEMENT TO COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
LOT 35 OF CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 79-4 (RANCHO LA CUESTA UNIT NO. 5) IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF NO. 10147 FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID SAN
DIEGO COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
DISTRICT RECORDED APRIL 24, 1981 AS DOCUMENT NO. 81-126229 LOCATED WITHIN
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 35, SAID POINT BEING ON THE
SAID MAP NO. 10147 AND SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF
SAID EXISTING WATER EASEMENT; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
