RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 481
MODIFYING THE MAJOR FACILITIES CHARGE INCREASE
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal
Water District determined on November 21, 1985 that an increase
in the Major Facilities Charge was warranted; and
WHEREAS, the increase of the charge to $1,590 per equivalent
dwelling units was scheduled to take effect on January 20, 1986;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that
potential hardships which the increase may create can be
significantly alleviated without seriously jeopardizing the
programs of the Distict by phasing implementation of the change;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of

the Costa Real Municipal Water District:
1. The Major Facilities Charge, as established by
Resolution No. 481, shall be implemented as follows:
a. Prior to March 1, 1986, the Major Facilities Charge
shall remain at $880 per EDU.
b. Prior to June 1, 1986, the Major Facilities Charge
shall be $1,120 per EDU.
c. Prior to September 1, 1986, the Major Facilities

Charge shall be $1,360 per EDU.

r d. September 1, 1986 and thereafter, the Major
Facilities Charge shall be $1,590 per EDU.
2. The Major Facilities Charge shall continue to be payable
and paid at the same time and in the same manner as provided pur-
suant to Resolutions No. 439 and 481.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED at an adjourned regular meeting of the
Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal Water District
held on the 8th day of January, 1986, by the following vote:
