CREATING THE POSITIONS OF ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR, ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER AND PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipa
have the responsibility to supply water of the highest qualit and at the lowest possible price to the citizenry of Carlsbad
and
WHEREAS, restructuring of the District's Organization2
Chart is warranted to ensure the aforementioned, and
WHEREAS, the position of Engineering Supervisor is needed t
effectively administer the District's Engineering Department, ar
WHEREAS, the position of Administrative Manager is need6 to effectively administer the District's Administratix Department, and
WHEREAS, the position of Public Information Officer j needed to serve as the informational officer and official medj I liason for the District;
- NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REI MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE th; the unclassified positions of Engineering Supervisor a1
Administrative Manager and the classified position of Publ: Information Officer (salary range 35) shall be creatc incorporating the attached Administrative Code changes and oth< supporting material.

(c) Discharge. EMPLOYEES MAY BE TERMINATED
