RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
LOT 4, CAR COUNTRY, C.T. 87-03
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Car:
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby grantec
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline eas
granted by Carltas Co., a California limited partnershi~
Carlsbad Municipal Water District located in that portion o
4, according to Map No. 12242 and on the legal descri]
designated Exhibit "A" consisting of one sheet and Exhibii
consisting of one sheet, each attached thereto and made a
thereof, and of a Subordination Agreement from Charles E.
Alan P. Johnson, Daniel J. McCluer, and John H. Stewart
provides that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights
said deed of trust shall not affect said easement att;
thereto and shall be made a part thereof.
