RESOLUTION NO. 1177
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD) TO
QUITCLAIM AN EXISTING WATERLINE EASEMENT
MAP NO. 13408.
ACROSS APN: 211-100-04 BEING A PORTION OF LOT 12,
WHEREAS, a replacement waterline system was constructed with the development of
Carlsbad Ranch, CT 94-09; and
WHEREAS, the waterline across APN: 211-100-04 has been removed from service and
the waterline easement is no longer needed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Water District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) quitclaim the existing waterline
easement across APN: 211-100-04, being a portion of Lot 12, Map No. 13408.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District held on the 4th day of March , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:Board Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: N~~~.
