2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (CMWD),
3 ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ON THE
ENCINA BASIN WATER RECLAMATION PROGRAM PHASE II
4 PROJECT: SCADA INTEGRATION. PROJECT NO. 36753
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program Phase II
6 Project: SCADA Integration has been completed to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District's
7 satisfaction by Neal Electric Corp. on January 12, 2007; and
8 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
11 Water District (CMWD) of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program Phase II Project: SCADA
14
Integration, specifically identified as Project No. 36753, is deemed complete and is hereby
15
accepted by the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad,
16
California.

3. The Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District is hereby authorized and
18
directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion for Encina Basin Water Reclamation
19
Program Phase II Project: SCADA Integration, Project No. 36753.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad on the 13th
day of, February, 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Board Member Sigafoose
