The City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
does resolve as follows~
MHEFLEAS:, it was found that a53 error had been made
in the issuanoe of Bullding Pernit Ne. 1674 and %he building
had been started in conformance wi%h the plarms as submi.t;i;ed,
on property located at 3981 Garfield Street, omed by
&lvi# F, and Jeannette Lull; and,
mmAS:, the Blaming CommisssLon has found the follo
facts to exist::
(1) That the umer acted in good faith and that the error was due to misinterpretatioa of *he new zoning ordinance.
