The city Planing Commission-of the City of Carlsbad does
resolve as follows:
MHEREBS, the Planning CommSssion hitiated an action at 1
request of several property owners in the Carlsbad Highlands
to amend Ordinance No. 9060, Article 5, Section 500, by enlarging
the lot size for the keeping of horses, and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published on Way 30, 1957 fc
a hearing held on June 11, 1957,; and '
WHEBAS, after due con.sideratio-p.of recommendations made
by a Committee appointed to study the ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~#~~~/~~/~~e possibility of amending the ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOW=, that the Planning Comiss
finds the present ordinance is suitable ;P/ and workable ,as written
and denies the proposed change.. +.

RE33LUTION NO. 18
The City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
resolve as follows :
WHZRaS, the City Planning Commission did publish a notic
publie hearing on May 30, 1957 of a hearing to be held on June 11
for the consideration of an applioation for Conditional Use Perm3
submitted by A. H. Glissman, 4509 Adam Street; and
WHEWS, the Planning Commission found the request oompa
with present uses of the properties within the areas;
NOW , thereFOB, BE IT. BESOLVED, that the applicmtion fc
a Gondftional Use Permit be granted on a temporary basis until pr
zoning can be stablished',
