IWEREAS, the Garlsbad Ci%y Planning Commission did receive on April 15, 1957, a tentative map of: Thum Lands, Tract 239, TIHeisler Estate2
submitted by Olive Heisler for a subdivision at the corner of Adams Street and Basswood Av-enue, comprised of 10 lots; and
WEREAS, on May 14, 1957, the Planning Commission did consider the tentative map as submitted; and
WHEREAS, that date they continued consideration until the June 11, 1957 meeting; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1957, a revised.map of the uubdivision was sub
mitted and passed out by thecity to ail agencies, said subdivision
comprising 18 lots; and
WEREAS, at the meeting of June 11, 1957, the Planning Commission d consider the revised tentative map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the tentative map of Thum Land
Tract 239, Heisler Estates, as revised, be approved subject to the
divider complying with the recommendation of the various City Depar
ment requirements, as submitted; that the matter of curbs along Lot
and 4 be left to the discretion of the City Engineer; that all lot sizes and area comply with the City Subdivision Ordinance; and that wording on the dedication of barrier strip conform to the wording Q Ordinances
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the C
Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of Ju 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Comissioners Baumgattner, Yourell, Jarvie, Stringer, Fennel
Engelmann
NOES: Commissioner Swirsky.
