A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
THE ADOPTION OF A PRECISE PLAN FOR
THE AREA SHOWN ON THE MASTER ZONING
PI0 PIC0 DRIVE BET-WEEN CHINQUAPIN AND
ELM AVENUE.
PLAN AS POTENTIAL "R-3" FRONTING ON

RESOLYED that in the matter of that certain detail of the Master

identified as "Ordinance No. 9060" the Planning Commission rates the

manner prescribed by law. 11
1. A com-pr,ehensive Master Plan has been prepared and adopted :
12 2. Said Master Plan was approved by the City Council on Qctobe;

entitled "Proposed precise plan for Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Chinquapin to Elm 16
as shown on a map attached hereto and by reference made a part hereol 15
3. Re.lated to said Master Plan are certain proposed new alleys i 14

that a duly advertised public hearing was held on October 8, 1957. 19
