RECLASSIFICATION .FROM ZONE R-1 to RESOLVED, that in the matter of the application of WM. A. SAW AND NELLE M. SAWYERS, for a reclassification from R-1 to R-3 tha 8 10 from the northerly right-of-way line of Chinquapin Avenue extending nc 9 certain property described as all that property fronting on Pi0 Pic0 Dr finds and notes as follows: 11 to the southerly right-of-way 'line of Elm A.venue , the Planning Cornmi; 12 1. Subject property is classified'by Ordinance No. 9060 as R-P t 13 2. Ordinance No. 9060 provides that a potential designation may 14 also indicated by the zoning map as "Potential 2-3".
